On my pikes, I just popped of the lowers, relubed and reassembled. But the red rebound knob is very resistant when i try to adjust it. The forks feel fine for now but I’m not sure what could be causing this, any ideas?

Just an idea, but have you tried removing the rebound adjuster and placing a decent 3mm Allan key in there and trying to turn it with that? If it has the same resistance using that then it’ll be something internal within the Charger damper that’s an issue; Or if it moves freely, I’d check the adjuster you have and see if it is either bent, or if you may have over Torqued it when fitting it?

Just an idea, hope it helps

Wooly, exactly what I have just done. Yep a 2.5mm Allen key spins freely so it must be the adjuster knob. (Hopefully).

    Arrrrr, 2.5mm….50/50 chance 😀

Either way, as you’ll know they’re available as a spare part…before getting one I’d try find a mate with Pikes and try theirs first 🙂
