Just changed the chain on my XT double c/set , recently had new jockey wheels as well . Gears indexing perfectly and working fine on big ring even under load . On granny though seems to be hooking up when you look you can see the rear mech hitching forwards if that makes sense ? As I said everything else is fine and so the only thing I can think is the small chainring is hooking up but doesn’t seem that obvious on inspection ? If it is this will be the 2nd one in less than 2 years but to be fair current one has done over 2k miles ! Any other suggestions friends ? I’m guessing that with only 2 rings they will wear out quicker as your not spreading the love ?
