I have a 2011 boardman ht pro, tapered 1.125″-1.5″ (which is a start).

Where I am getting unstuck is the integrated and the integral headsets.

Just re-greased the bearings they fell out (with a bit of wiggiling), so not press fit hence my thinking its one of the above.

The cup and cone was together and then sealed between, so I don’t think its campy style (the one where it uses the frame as the cone) but I don’t know what that is called.

Even then I don’t have any calipers so also can’t measure the outside of the bearing to use the cane creek headset finder.

Also, go with FSA again? (my second one now, seem to have poor sealing) or go for hope? max spend is £70 really depending how long it lasts.

TL;DR: What headset do I need STW?

You can often lift the seal off the bearing, clean out and re-grease.

mtbmatt, that is exactly what I have done, lots of lovely lithium grease. There is an awful lot of pitting on the cup, cone and the bearings themselves so not a lot of life left regardless of how much grease I put in there!
