I have an old copy of v2004 with lot sof maps and now have a 2nd hand Adventurer 2800 GPS. The V4 software cant see the Adventurer and V5 cant see the v2004 maps- Any way around this?
V5 has some National Park maps but the GB 1:50 wont show on the PC as its registered to the previous owner.
Seen mention of Hexi-editors to play with the 2004 maps but possibly internet hogwash.

I have a little .exe that converts 2004 maps into 2005 maps, not sure where it came from. I think it just edits the text header. I'll email it over (might end up in you junk folder), back up your maps first 🙂
