I have a 10 year old girl (quite small for her age) that I want to get a MTB for her.
Can anyone recommend a small frame to start with- she had been running 24" wheels in the past and they may be best, so looking for a 24" compaitble frameset unless you can get a low slung one for 26"
Nice n light either FS or HT, what ya reckon??
I have loads of parts kicking about the garage so can spec it quite nice.

Also forks- can air forks go low enough for her weight? What coil would work as she is a light wee thing?

Think you could spend a lot of time & money sorting her out a bike (and may well be a bargain)
Or you could just go to: http://www.islabikes.co.uk/ and pay for a decent bit of kit, which will hold it's value & re-sell easily

Yes Zippy I know what you mean, we have had Islabikes for our boy and you do not lose any money on them and they are GREAT, was thinking that I could build a bike up cheaper as I had a bunch of wheels and parts in garage- possibly not!:)
