1/2 carafe of house red (mellow, grainy, notes of licorice and rasberry). Lamb rump on a bed of leeks, mushrooms and spinach with a red wine jus. Pecan and caramel cheesecake, scoop of vanilla ice-cream. Measure of Amaretto (no ice). Yum.
