HPNY!

I’ve got my Xmas money ready to burn and want to know what’s considered the best undershorts with hip & butt protection – oh and are good for all day trail riding.

Thoughts very welcome.

I rate my 661 Bomber Evos very highly, they’re on the lighter end of the scale so perfect for all-day riding- they’re really no different from any other lycra shorts once on. The protection isn’t perfect, there’s some gaps around the hips etc but that’s an acceptable tradeoff I reckon, they still give a good level of protection (I have one leg held on with bolts, and osteoperosis, so I’m glad to have it!). Expensive though, unless you’re a small or XL.

The POC ones looked superb but have a sewn-in chamois pad, can’t be doing with that, shame really.
