So just trying to build a tallboy, put the crank through and its wobbling, apparently the ck bb I have needs an adaptor and I don’t seem to have one – looks like a stainless ring that fits inside the bbcup
Would anyone happen to have one in there spares box or know where I can get one or a third party one without buying the whole adaptor kit?

There’s a bit more to it than just the reducer. You also need an alloy spacer, a spring washer and some plastic washers to dial in the fit correctly.
