Hi all. Just finished building up my 2006 heckler. Went to my LBS on Friday for a front mech but they only had one in stock that would work. It was a shimano which doesnt seem to give enough movement to reach all 3 front chainrings. Can anyone recommend me a mech that I can mail order.
Top / bottom swing pulll etc confuses the bejesus out of me so links would be ideal

Just a top swing top pull should do it. I think it’s 34.9, but I’ll stand to be corrected on that

Top pull, top swing should do the job. Just been fettling mine, although I’ve got 2 rings + bash these days.

scott, shimano top pull lx was what was on it. never had any probs with it doing all 3 rings…(limits set ok i take it..?)

Thanks. The mech I got says 22/32teeth only and seems it wont move over far enough to reach my 44t outer cog. Thought any would be fine to be honest though.
