    Has anyone used and would recommend pcspecialist to buy a laptop from?

    They seem to have keen pricing and you can configure your laptop to your own spec including ‘no OS’ (I already have a genuine copy of Win 7).

    I’m looking at a 14″ laptop for general office applications, Internet etc.

    I’ve used saveonlaptops. They have a few good deals and you can get them without OS (or some free OS bundled)
