Better than mine. Wake up to JnrI covered in poo and then discover I've left the washing out overnight. Hopefully things will improve!

cotic - it is ace way to start the day. Done my 70mile round trip commute twice this week - feel much better on the days i ride in ... just working my way up to doing it more ! got it down to 2 hours each way without feeling too shagged the next day.

Inspiring words Trail-Rat, I was considering the short - 18 mile - route home but perhaps another 35 is the honourable thing to do

i rode in over the south downs to shoreham airport from worthing, its only a 15 mile xc route to work but when i do but, it really does put a spring in my step. i feel like turning round when i hear the traffic on the A27 near work! Still ive the return journey to look foreward to.
