With black tyres/saddle/grips, it might look pretty good, but NO!
I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable riding a ghost bike around.
It would feel like a portent.
On one have never made a good looking bike, it is one thing to try and claim they offer value for money, but they have never been aesthetically pleasing in any way shape or form.

Looks like a little kids bike just wants stabilisers and streamers in the ends of the bars ,maybe a basket .Its small enough for a kids bike !
