Don't hear much on here about Renthal's customer service, despite their popularity - maybe it's because their stuff doesn't go wrong very often.
Anyhow, I've just gone through dealing with them for a minor issue (something I could have lived with, but didn't have to because they sorted it out straight away for me). Felt I should mention that the way they look after customers is up there with the likes of Hope. Good folks.
