How do you get the plastic bushing out of DMR Vault pedal??

Online advice says use a 1/2 inch pedal axle, I haven’t got one of those.

How have other people got this pesky little thing out to replace?

+1 …I’m also interested in how you do this! I have a 1/2 inch bolt but it doesn’t have a very aggressive thread on it, so it doesn’t tap into the bushing well enough and pulls straight out 🙁

Buy the DMR pedal service tool. I too learned this the hard way after spending an evening and a morning trying to find something that fitted the bugger. Bought the service tool (£14) and was done in 5 mins.

Someone on here must have a solution…

…or are there lots of people riding around on vaults that wobble?

Edit: just saw your post jlsm. I didn’t know they made such a tool, I’ll order one! thanks!
I would still love to hear if anyone’s got a way of getting these things out without the tool.

Not sure if theyre anything like straitline pedals but i just tap them out using a flat head screwdriver and rubber mallet. You have to apply a bit of sideways pressure to the screwdriver to make sure it stays on the edge of the bushing.

Ignore all that if the bushings are completely different tho

Edit. Example of straitline bushings Here
