Tuna steak thats been marinading in a nice homemade tandoori sauce then griddled. Bloody lovely it was too 😀

Recipe? Cooked rare?

Marinade is:

Lemon juice
Tomato purée
Garlic
Grated ginger
Chilli
Ground coriander
Cumin

Leave it in that for a few hours, then slam it on a red hot griddle. 3 minutes each side so it’s nice and pink. It’s bloody lovely! 🙂
