I’m very tempted by the new Focus Spine. However, Focus don’t seem to respond to queries via their Facebook page and there are a number of disgruntled customers complaining there that their customer services department aren’t very responsive.

Has anyone got any experience of dealing with them, good or bad? I don’t want to buy a bike from a company with a questionable customer service record.
