‘kin idiots. How much has that £1.99 bbq now cost and how much damage and pollution?

I really do think we need to start introducing licences for anyone who wishes to light a bonfire, bbq or use fireworks. Some people seem incapable of even performing the simplest of tasks with any common sense or consideration for others and livestock/wildlife.
