Also, newts are awesome.
Hundreds of newts in mine, and if you are lucky you can also see grass snakes hunting them in the water. very cool.
Major downside its my dog is also obsessed, so pretty much permanently smells of pond atm.

Is bloomin brilliant – we had loads and it all just went , virtually overnight, when I did the first treatment. Fish didn’t seem bothered.
Pumping the water between two ponds didnb’t really seem to do anythign more than spread the problem to both of them.
