Any decent riding nearby? I’m going there for a couple of days with the family and could do with a quick hour or so’s ride while there.

    Thanks

The Lomond hills are not too far away with some pleasant riding. But as for from Elie I am not sure.

Make sure you do the Elie Chainwalk at high tide!

Was their last weekend walking through. Bivvied in the hidden observation post on the cliff.

    +1 for the chain walk

Not too far to Pitmedden forest. Not as good as it was due to recent forestry works, but still some really good singletrack.

Steve, I’ve ridden the coastal path from Elie to Kingsbarns, it was interesting in places but distintly lacking in any downward pointing stuff so not much bang for your buck! the path West of Elie is a bit dull from a riding perspective but nice views. Lomond Hills are your best best bet or Pitmedden. But that’s only ½ way between Cambu and Elie!
