after a lazy morning following yesterdays 200k headwind horror over the cabrach/lecht/gairnsheil its time for breakfast.

bacon/egg roll (ps tip for nice non greasy egg. – george foreman flat plate – get it hot and crack the egg straight on it , no oil required = lovely clean white egg thats tasty)

black coffee and aldi OJ – with bits 😀
