As title really. Mrs is travelling up to Edinburgh but they have booked it in her married name but her passport is still in her maiden name so rather than pay £35 name change can she fly on her driving license (which is in marital name)

The website seems to suggest so but dont want her to turn up and get refused so seeing if anyone else has done it! Cheers

Yes, if you passed your test prior to 1997 you can tow trailers, drive minibuses and fly short haul passenger jets on a standard drivers license. 🙂

? are you sure. don’t you need an endorsment to tow a trailer with a 737?
