    Hi I need to get a new headset for my mates NRS, its quite an old model, does anyone know?

    Also its got the dual air chamber shock by rockshox on it, what pressures do you use? (I used to know all this as I hade on about 6 years ago, but my mind is a sieve)

    Think mine has a cane creek zero stack headset

    Flatfish, Neil, thanks for link. Unfortunately mine is earlier than that and has two air chambers, its a rockshocks sid. I have now tracked down the manual it is here for 2003 bikes.

    Clubber thanks, which one is it though? Is it the semi integrated?

    IIRC you set the positive chamber so that there is no sag and the negative at 50psi.
