As above, my KS Lev is stuck, cant seem to be able to get it out of my SB66c frame even though there appears to be no reason why its stuck, the seat post has about 3/4′ of main barrel before the collar starts and the seat clamp can be easily removed.
Is there a way of heating or cooling carbon to help, or some other ‘trick’ other than WD40 (Tried)?

wrap the seatpost in a towel (or something else to protect it)

Clamp in vice and use the frame as leverage to turn it.

Can you pour some Coca Cola in from the bottom and leave for a while?

It’s a well used trick for when Alu seat posts are stuck in Alu frames.

Kettle boil water to expand the carbon, cold water over the seat tube.
