Scrolled down the page and no address or phone contact details and a dodgy looking paypal link.

As they are sell some 2014 fox 831 forks for £431.00. Which is very cheap.

I’m assuming you didn’t click away from their mobile site, which is pants!
Being in the u s of a means you need to add shipping and duty to that price…

Thats the one only came up as a mobile site with no link the normal site.

Is the duty added when product enters the uk or when its paid for at check out?

U.S. sales tax will be added at checkout, uk vat and import duty when it gets here.
