BB – I had bar-end plugs in. Yes. The point of my original post back in 2009 was to warn people about the potential danger of not having plugs fitted. The A&E doc’ said without the plug in place, the bar would have taken a core sample of skin, fat and then organs. Big chance I’d have bled out on the trail if that had happened.

Eat stuff which doesn’t make you fat or requires that you run a marathon afterwards to mitigate eating bads.

So long as you’re happy with the result, happy to continue whatever you have done to lose weight.
