Well done for the weight loss. Did something similar a few years ago, and still get nice comments from people I haven't seen for a while.

I LOVE you lot.

Trousers are too big but if I get a smaller waist, my MAHOOSIVE quads don't fit in....

Cheers for the +ve comments.

I guess the -ve comments of 2009 helped spur me on to lose weight tbh.

I was new to the forum when I posted my bar-end result picture and didn't expect the "are you pregnant" comments etc.

Of course now, I'd expect nothing less ๐Ÿ˜€

Aye.

While the second piccy isn't exactly pretty.

Good for you for losing all that heft.
Trick now is to maintain your lighter, leaner, body while enjoying your diet.

Hhhhmmmm.
Before and after photos.

Didn't someone else of these here parts promise a before and after picture....

MolG ?....

Please - just confirm that you haven't "used" the pictures for anything untoward ๐Ÿ˜ณ

Solo - I know I'm no racing snake but the weight loss / fitness improvement is a work in progress.

DS Lite

Well, I LOLed.

Good going, matey. There's a delicious irony in something good coming out of throwing yourself to the braying mob. We should all be proud.

STW: shaming fat lads back into fitness since 2009.

*wonders if berm bandit is taking the piss*

BB - I had bar-end plugs in. Yes. The point of my original post back in 2009 was to warn people about the potential danger of not having plugs fitted. The A&E doc' said without the plug in place, the bar would have taken a core sample of skin, fat and then organs. Big chance I'd have bled out on the trail if that had happened.

Yes mate, thats life. Be happy, be a sensible weight.
Eat stuff which doesn't make you fat or requires that you run a marathon afterwards to mitigate eating bads.

So long as you're happy with the result, happy to continue whatever you have done to lose weight.
Then it should be all good.

My body is also a temple. It has a big shiny dome on top ๐Ÿ˜€

I seem to recall I was seriously curry powered that morning.

Why do you think Derek was trying so hard to stay in front of me. The big fans were being employed as a dispersal mechanism PARP!!!

Shreck - you're hilarious. You should have an agent. Sarin should do it.
