Resorted to Chain Reaction as I was desperate for some new brake/gear cables and some other stuff can't source at my LBS. Ordered Monday, now Thursday afternoon, when I eventually got through to their [help] line, they tell me that my order hasn't even been put together yet as they are too busy ?!? So no fettling for me this weekend (and no brakes) [/RANT]

did you pay for next day shipping?
can't get cables at your LBS?
they don't promise free next day delivery anymore, they suggest the norm is same day shipping (not delivery) but don't promise.
