  • Closest hire car to LHR Terminal 5.

    Last time I rented a car at heathrow it involved an extensive minibus ride from terminal 5. Does anyone know what my options are closer to the terminal? Or if there are some that are closer than others? I think Hertz might be in the terminal but only for #1 members which I’m not.

    Don’t think so, I believe they’re all a bus ride away and basically next door to each other

    Not Avis because they are miles away and futher than anyone else? Or some other reason?

    Furthest by far. Have to use them due to company policy

    And usually wait an age for a shuttle
