sent an item royal mail 1st class recorded on the 15th november, still saying its been progressed through the network ๐Ÿ™ rang them this morning and they cant confirm anything, on tuesday i'll be eligible to claim on behalf of recipient....

has anyone successfully claimed the compensation back? it was 25 quid so within the parameters (max is 46?) and was paid as a gift, so guessing just print off the paypal gift invoice thing?

any other advice?

chap has been great about it, and obviously i want to get him his money back or the thing he bought......

My mum has done this quite a bit recently and ahs received compensation although they only wanted to give her the price of postage until she advised them it was solicitors documentation. That's quite bad that they won't get back to you until tuesday - it's already 2 weeks late!

cheers taff - what was the turnaround like on compensation? did they send her a cheque?

the tracking number is not showing as delivered, just as progressing through our network (for over 2 weeks) ๐Ÿ™
