Thule 591 or 561 or any others. Thule say 561 for carbon frames but not if full carbon forks. 591 tho is used by some tour teams , granted the bikes are free.

Im swayed towards 591. Inside car or on back not an option its roof only

Its an on-one lurcher with the monocoque forks with carbon dropouts

591 for my carbon road bikes. Not had any issues when driving through France at speed. The 591 holds rather than clamps the downtube. It’s almost impossible to overtighten it.

Yeah I think Thule are being too defensive on this. They’re worried about someone ham-fisted crushing the downtube – something which I’m sure could happen on an alu frame if you tried hard enough.

Done many thousands of miles with my Mont Blanc Barracuda’s loaded with full carbon road bikes with no problems. Very easy to load up as the front wheels sit in a ‘scoop’ type holder and help with stability. In fact, I seem to remember that the MTB’s I’ve put on the top sit/stand in the rack without being held, before being fastened in.
