Due to continual bike industry improvements desire to make things obsolete! Do I just need a new axle or what else?

Bromley bikes web site says I need an adjusting collar (PHB314) but surely the one on my current hub will be it won’t it?

If I remember correctly when I’ve changed mine you need just the axle. The collar is the same.

If you have a 20mm you only need the axle..
