Bit of a random question but please bare with me… I have the CCDBA CS which is great and replaced the stock fox shock the bike came with. Does anybody know if its possible to send the shock away & have the shock & stroke length increased on the CCDBA CS? For example if I changed frame in a few years and wanted to keep the CC shock or would I need to buy a whole new shock? Its 190×50.

Hopefully if its possible I’ll sell the fox unit as it seems a waste to simply keep it gathering dust for when I eventually sell the frame in the future.

It can be done, TFTuned keep all the bits to do length changes.

For the coil it’s £200. So may well be better to sell yours and buy correct size 2nd hand with hopefully minimal net outlay. Although that £200 does include an obligatory service.
