I’m 5’8 and ride a small nerve AL+, the stand over height is poor and touching my plums. Cockpit size is fine for me all be it a little cramped. In fact it would be considered very cramped compared to other bikes I have tried recently. Yeti/SC bronson/nomad and Giant trance.

I agree with DaveBro. Got my partner to measure my vital statistics and fed them all into the site and it told me I’d need a small, and I’m 5’9. Checked it against dimensions of bikes I’d tried while looking around and decided to go for a medium. Arrives tomorrow, so here’s hoping I’m right! Mine’s a road bike by the way.
