What websites (or non websites) are best for buying a van. I want to find a high top Traffic for conversion into a camper to drive round europe – don’t want a shed, but equally don’t want to spend mega bucks.

Ebay, gumtree, autotrader. The dealers will use these sites to shift their stock as well as their websites.
The ones that look too good to be true on price are normally scams!
