    Evening all, the BB71 bottom bracket on a bike I just picked up is dead. Whats the better replacements out there (not sure I want to spend Hope money yet..)? Can you get adaptors for this size

    This looks like it would do..

    Also, is it worth buying installation/removal tools? All my headsets go in the vice but I realise the BB may not be so forgiving.. what affordable options are good?
