Has anyone else noticed that their prices on their website for decent stuff such as forks, brakes, etc are comparable with bike discount. They have advertised heavily in magazines lately – I wonder if these are short term prices to fish us in, or will Halfords be another good source of cheap kit, like Merlin, etc?

Their shares dropped sharply the other day I read. Could be a profit boosting scheme?
