im going into cx racing i did my second race today but really strugling to keep with a pack and bonked about half way throu my last lap getting spots in vision
my fitness comes from bmx racing so short blasts of 2 mins or less.
any advice on whare to focus my training i no cardio is must for longer periods not short peaks but should i focus abit on cadence in bigger gears? admitedley im a spinner on the mtb and have always run a easy gearing on the bmx,
currentley in the process of building a road bike for a 22mile commute and a turbo for non commute days any advice would be great
