    MrsLugz has a stumpy evo running SRAM 1x 11.

    She has her eyes on my hope enduro wheelset to go on it.

    So, do I need to buy the XD freehub body, or will an XT 11 sp cassette work?

    I appreciate that I wont get 10t cog on the cassette, that is not a consideration.

    Hope wheels come xd or shimano compatible if you buy new.
    Xd sram 11sp
    Shimano 11sp shimano
    Just got my gx cassette looking very much forward to 10-42

    The Shimano XT 11 speed cassete will work just fine with her SRAM derailleur and you won’t have to change the freehub.
    If you want to use her SRAM cassette you will need the XD freehub.

    Already got the wheels, surplus to requirements after going 650b.

    If a shimano cassette will work I’ll just get one of them.
