I’ve not had a road bike long only a year, so I dont have as many spares as I do for my Mountain bikes.

My the spring has failed in my right hand STI unit which is fine because its covered under warranty.

It sent it back using collect + but forgot to include the receipt so a return is being delayed.

Is their anything I can do to get my road bike back up and running ?

    STI units seem mega expensive.

or you could try getting hold of some second hand.

Use the hi/lo screws to lock it in one gear.

He would still need some kind of brake lever though.

Without spending silly money, your best bet would be to go out for a mountain bike ride.
