Everybody’s favourite Trail Doctor is back – this time flexing his mighty biceps as he demonstrates the right (and wrong) ways to carry your bike. Oddly enough, chairlifts don’t feature – perhaps something to do with that nice carbon Yeti which seems to float onto his back on its own? 😉

Good stuff, practised a couple of these today as I’ll be doing a lot of this in July 🙂
