Last Friday and Saturday the third round of the 661 Gravity Enduro series hit Innerleithen in the Scottish Borders. With most of the Singletrack crew globetrotting on press trips (oh, the hardship) we weren’t able to attend but with the myriad network of build and natural trails in the area it was small wonder that riders we’ve spoken to said it was packed with super fun and technical riding.
We’ll have a better report and some pics up soon but in the meantime, here are the overall results…
In the overall standings it was a bit of a whitewash by the Scots, with local Chris Ball (of Dirt School fame) taking the win with Carrick Crawford-Anderson (Hotlines UK/Lapierre/Fox) taking second place, Chris Buchan (2pure/Ibis) in third.
In the overall female standings Helen Gaskell (Intense/Fox Racing) continued to make the series her own with another win, Sarah Newman coming second and Carrie Poole in third.

The next round of the 661 Gravity Enduro series will be at Eastridge on the 6-7th August and from our pre-season preview it looks like it’s going to be another cracker. Head to the 661 Gravity Enduro series website for more info or to enter…
