Very nice indeed but you really do need to strip down the mech,take out the lever,book it in for re-anodizing,post it off recorded delivery(with a jockey wheel for perfect match),wait for a week and rebuild clutch to make it perfect.

I’m now using these instead of shimano rubbish.Plus they don’t fall apart.
Last a lot longer as well.
Made by Token and can’t recommend them enough.Pack them right up with a good bearing grease before fitting.18 months later and still spin like a spiny thing.

Zee gemans are very efficient.No problems with them at all.Had lots of gear off them without any issues.

If i chuck the RCT3 damper from my pikes that you did into my into the Ti’s set at 140mm.
What’s the oil volume.I know it was 140ml for the pikes.

Iv,e had it opened up a couple of times and it works great with only a wee bit on tension and the pawl is free.Soon a you load it up with a chunk of pressure(shifted onto mid front) when you go to release it there’s two clicks.First one is a small click and nothing happens.Then you really have to push it to get to drop a cog…AAARRRR.Pain in the arse…

Open back up .Empty the half a pint of 15wt you put in. 😀
Does it still make the noise.If not put a wee bit of float fluid in next time.. 😉

He,s got yours and the best bearings out there.
If your nice to him he should sell you the tool for getting them out of the linkage.The rest you can get out with a some sockets and a threaded bar with some nuts and washers.
You don’t need one of those pullers bud.
