Lubing the stanchion makes no difference as it sounds internal.

A closer look at the pics shows the newer 20mm maxle so defo around 2011 ish
All the coil u-turn mission control lyriks are the same except for the newer DH versions that have slightly different dampers.

Not a what tire thread just not much info about on them.
Anyone run them.A few hints on performance would be a help.

Sod all that.I gave up.Love building bikes,servicing suspension and everything in between.If it has to be done the bike will be sent to the LBS.Actually iv,e just fitted a medium mech on the spicy so off it goes tomorrow.They only charge me a tenner a pop so worth it in frustration and anger. 😉

By now i would have gone crazy and sold the bike. 😉

Yep.They sure will.Think of the pike i now have as a beefed up stiffer RCT3 Rev.There’s a small weight penalty but they track a lot better than the Rev.

No.completely different.
I have 2013 RCT3 140 Rev compression damper with 2013 dual flow rebound damper and there ace.
The u-turn air side of the fork does not need upgrading.It’s the damper side that makes the difference.

Me.
At first the revs where a lot nicer but i then blew £300 and had the pikes(dual air u-turn)serviced and modded to RCT3 with dual flow rebound.
Now the pikes are much better than the revs.
But that doesn’t really help now does it. 😉
I still have both as there both now superb forks..
