Celearic mash is really nice, make it as normal mash add in some cooked onion strips and then a little bit of light chedder melted on the top, nice with anything i find.

you could do that as a side or you could cook up some cod/white fish and mix that in as big chunks for a brandad of a kind would be nice.

anyone know of anywhere with prices for all the parts you would need?

As above, run 120 fox on my tranny, rides brilliantly, would definitely recomend going with 120 over 100, doesnt affect climbing and you get the bonus of the extra travel on the way down. 😀

I have been riding ti flys for about 3 years, loved them, I find them really comfy, however people who ride my bike either hate it or like it, I would ride one for a few hours to see If you get on with it.
They are nice and light have a nice amount of flex at the edges and are great for long distance riding I find.
They are quite hard on the nose of the saddle and there is hardly any padding, so quite different from tne bel air.

I bought a pair of singular steel rigids and they are fantastic, springy fairly light and don’t flex too much, had a pair of p2 before and they were just as good, both available cheap and if tou can get them second hand cheaper
Have really enjoyed it so definitely worth a go

Revolver is horrible, but really enjoy a very dark place, although it kills you! Angels is great for longer intervals , highly enjoyable stuff which makes turbo almost fun.
