Hi – It will depend on the industry and the financial performance (historic and projected). Generally businesses are valued on a multiple of EBITDA. Email in profile

Take it one day at a time and be there for each other. Make sure you look after yourself – don’t forget to eat and sleep.

Ricks – I’m very sorry for your loss. I went through this when I was 21, my Father died unexpectedly in his sleep at 62. It will take time to process for you and your Mother. Take it one day at a time and be a support for each other.

I have two Sevens – an Axiom SL and an Evergreen SL. The Axiom is 14 years old and is my go to bike. I have ridden tens of thousands of kms on it. I have much more contemporary bikes but my Seven is my favourite. Not the lightest but the ride is sublime and I’m just as quick on it.

The one point I would echo from above is the specification. Refine. Check. Refine. Check. Multiple times

Does anyone know a bulk supplier of either Stans or Orange? (And by bulk I mean in bigger volumes you can normally find)

24hr ECG or Holter Monitor are discreet and will fir under a shirt. The actual monitor is small and can go around your neck/in your pocket

Keep hydrated yes but some people have raised calcium and are more predisposed to form stones.

10 years ago I had a nephrostomy on my RHS kidney with a week in hospital. I had lithotripsy on my LHS which resulted in renal colic.

They’ve come back on my LHS. I’ve spoken to two consultants about options. Lithotripsy – no anaesthetic needed, 60% success and high likelihood of renal colic. Ureteroscopy – surgery and anaesthetic, 90% success rate, discomfort and removal of stent after a couple of weeks. I’ve opted for the latter.

    Good luck!

Based on Dirty Reiver this w/e consensus seemed to be go tubeless and WTB Nanos seemed popular

I find that using my M9 is very different to an DSLR or mirrorless camera – slower and more contemplative. Some of my best pictures have been taken with it.

I run a publishing business in London. Privately owned with big targets but I’m really enjoying it and have a great team – probably first job that’s really challenging me. V. little travel involved which allowed me to do 12k km on the bike last year – all good!

Just booked to do the 130 with a mate.

Based on the number of punctures I got at the Badlands CX last w/e I hope Keilder is flint and thorn free – my hitherto unperturbed tubeless set up was very perturbed and did not cope!

The Lancashire Pike jacket looks great but their sizing is really strange. XS size has a chest measurement of 108cm
