If it’s not filthy and got 5mm less tread on the front tyres then you haven’t used it properly!

32 with 10×42 on the back works well for me from everything from canal paths to Dalby.

You won’t find anything cheap on the summer holidays, the prices are 5 times higher than off season.

You need full worldwide accidental cover, depending on your home insurance and the value of the ring it could be cheaper to add it to the house insurance as a named item or get separate cover for it.

When I was at uni, a couple of mates and I had been riding round the campus down stairs, over benches along walls etc for an hour or so with no major offs, on my way home I fluffed a bunny hop up a curb at about 20 mph and skidded along the pavement on my shoulder, hip and knee.

We’re in the smallest tent here, no hook up. It’s the first camping trip with my son, easing him in gently for wild camping.

Thought I’d take a pic of the bike light chandelier, not getting much use in the bike at this time of the year.

Not really much hassle, I had all the parts from old bikes and it took about 2 hours to sort. It was well worth it.

I had a type 3 radial head fracture 3 years ago, needed an op to pin and plate it all back together and another one about a year after to take out the metalwork. I can’t quite fully straighten my arm and have about 90% rotation in my elbow joint. It doesn’t cause any major issues.

It’s a 7 speed as standard with white wheels, I’m wanting to change for a 9 speed cassette, shifter and mech that I have lying around.

Do you know if the 7 speed cassette has a spacer so that I could change it to a 9 speed cassette without changing the hub?
