    ‘m guessing nobody else has been sensible enough to grab one of the defib machines from their local supermarket or trainstation to take riding then?

    I rode the lanberis path to the top and then back down the lanberis path, the rangers looks stupidly too hard for me :|
    some of the sections on the lanberis i either swerved round or pushed the bikes over.

    On every occasion when i got out cycling be it with my riding group or by oneself,
    it is a must to carry my 1st aid kit with me much similar to this one here

    i do have some morphine pills
    but plenty of painkillers Aswell as
    Anti-histimine tablets
    Saline
    Strapping – wound pads
    plastic gloves
    Antiseptic spray
    Tweezers
    Knife
    scissors
    Space Blanket
    Fleece Top
    energy bars
    GPS enabled phone
    lipsyl
    small stove sometimes
    whistle
    also reflective clothing is a must!be seen,be safe,be heard!

    relax and savor a lovely real ale does wonders for me too.
    I do frequent the real ale festivals and find some wonderful variety’s at these events.i thoroughly recommend this if you have not yet had the experience.

    safety glasses are great from builders merchants etc,they come with different lenses.superb!

    safety gloves form any safety center are of good quality that is what i use all the time.well worth investigating if you haven’t ventured into this department.

    How about Hay-on-Wye? Within reach of Birmingham.
    Lovely area for companiable walks in the woods with your friends, then back to town for some serious browsing in the bookshops. Later on, retire to one of the public houses for a couple of pints of mild and a group effort on Araucaria. Could be a great stag do.

    what a wonderful idea,a man after my own heart. although we have had similar stag partys in the past.

    The last stag party from our group we all visited York and toured the museums and took in the culture,a lovely refreshing change from the normal escapades stag partys seem to have!

    hmm never been a supporter of take away food of any kind..

    i always have taken a healthy option with me whilst out on my excursions.thus aiding in my cycling output.

    lycra is far more comfier practical.

    the use of plenty mudguards on my bike helps greatly in this weather.

    it is the technique i have used for the duration i have been mountain biking 4 finger braking which i thought was the normal till i viewed the skill videos.

    i would certainly like to try the one finger approach.

    when i get home i will get my other half to do the levers as i am useless at maintenance.
