My mate has an older bike with Tiagra shifters so we’re going to do a bit of mixing and matching with mtb cassettes and mechs to see if we can lighten the load a bit.

Assos equipe are very comfy and bag your bits and bobs up nicely, so the chipolata doesn’t look too silly.

I live near Monaco and I see Team Sky, and Paula and the Astana team whizzing along. Lance used to have a place nearby and pedalled around here a lot, probably loads more about who I wouldn’t recognize.

Only contribution I can make is that I really enjoy being on my Supersix Evo, a lot more than I expected. I didn’t change much, longer stem, new conti 4000s2 tyres.
I’m not going for racing , just bombing about everywhere quickly, getting fit. I live in an area full of of roadies and great routes, so it makes good sense to have a road bike that is up to it.

It is a shame that dealing with the problem means that you’re a loon National Front Ukiper.

This needs to be addressed sensibly by everyone in society, working towards a common cause and being seen to do so.

Magnesium B6 supplements as advised by the pharmacist seems to have coincided with me not ever getting cramps, so although this would never count as medical evidence, I’ll go with it.
