What does the refrigeration prior do? I always thought you were supposed to let meat warm up prior to cooking?

Salt and pepper is a given but mine always seem to benefit from what seems like excessive levels, good quality butcher mince btw… maybe I’ve just got used to the taste of processed crap…

Just got to decide on black or silver finishing kit for it is guess but as I got the Swift Blue one coming then I’m leaning towards sliver Thomson stem, and post with some sunline risers I have laying around.

Be aware of your headset choice, you can’t get a silver hope in these sizes (AFAIK), so I’ve gone back to black, however, Sam has a silver one on one of his pics but I don’t know what sort it is.

Does anyone think we will be able to run any of these plus size tyres in the sticky winter clag.? It’s my worst fear that I have these nice plus size wheels and frame and end up putting 2,25 beavers on…..

@ajc, having the mouse in front of the keyboard, operating in front of the body has made a massive difference to me, found it by accident working in a narrow space, you haver the mouse pointing sideways… can’t recommend it enough!

Been more than slightly obsessing about tyres, I have a knard, a fat b nimble, a dirt wizard and a trax fatty to try out….

Lots of electrical tape on the dually to get a knard to seal properly but it was a wirebead one and impossible without an air compressor… So could be tyre related, been fine since it’s been up…

Well, frames are here, through customs, container unpacked – I am just waiting to hear when the frames will be delivered here. I was hopeful that would be today but it didn’t happen. Anyhow – barring disaster I will FINALLY start shipping frames at the end of this week!
