Lets face it, a fair amount of ‘for sale stuff’ on here is hardly used… this is STW after all.

I miss Justa and his bargains 🙁

I wouldn’t worry about the weather too much. Very localised. Plus the steepness massively helps drainage – especially on natural trails.

I wouldn’t rely too much on the weather forcast more than a day or so in advance.

Relax and enjoy! And stuff your face with awesome food and drink.

Is your seat clamp a bit too tight? You could use some carbon grease for more grip and less clamping force.

I’ve used UST RQ’s on and off for a few years, never had any issues. Including some brutal rocky Alpine weeks. The other guys I ride with never had any issues either.

You gonna come with us next year? Please?! We found an alp that needs closing.

    *mange tout*

Think i will make it next year, the house should in theory stop absorbing money by then unless we start breeding of course.

Also… i was thinking about saving up and getting awesome for a trip to Downieville in a few years. Up for it? Perfect HD hunting ground.

Check with Stevo from the bike room, he uses V2’s (although he gets a box of pads from CRC).

He might be able to point you in the right direction.

A 2009 ST and a 2012 ST are totally different hub wise. Have you checked the preload of the bearings? Maybe too tight?

    Since when?. Proof?.
My M4’s are still going strong at 8 years old – another 2 sets from about 06/7 still going strong. The parts are made of metal not cheese and can be serviced rather than some of the bin and replace counterparts.
Hope also do service and rebuild very reasonably too.

    Deary me 🙄
