I’ve tried twice to order things we no success. Items in stock when ordered but a week or so later I enquire to be told item is discontinued (money was taken straight away both times). The first time I had to email again to politely ask if they would be so kind to give me my money back for the item that didn’t’ exist.
There will be plenty of people here though that have shopped with no issues.
I realised at time of listing that my expectations and the typical STW buying expectation may not be in sync, growing to realise that are drifting further and further out of sync.
Still stroppy then. To be honest I can’t see much that has been said that is getting you all moody about.
You come across as a bit arrogant and churlish to be honest.
The full sussers look like a lot of the stuff being pumped out by the Chinese builders that are selling direct. Nothing wrong with them though.
The carbon hardtails are also the stuff you can get from Aliexpress etc. I suspect the Italian company just gets them painted and imports bulk order frames. Built and designed in China, painted in Italy.
I guess the problem is that plenty of folk aren’t – they really think their Chinarellos (most of which are actually Kuota replicas, or at best a Prince, rather than a Dogma) really do come out of the back door of the Pinarello factory.
I think its funny that you think people think that. Oh dear.
When it comes to getting these frames, people aren’t as stupid or naive as you obviously think.
The STW account of this (on the front page) is awful. An apologist piece for $pesh which harps on about this chaps wheels. Barely a mention of the fact that it’s a cafe nor that they offered to rename the wheels very early on in the proceedings. ASI should make $pesh remove the Roubaix from Canada just for being liberty taking twunts.
